Nipawin Bible Institute (NBI), an evangelical and interdenominational Christian college located just outside Nipawin, Saskatchewan has initiated a search for the position of Recruitment Director. The overall focus of this position is to increase awareness of NBI on several levels, but specifically to those interested in Biblical post-secondary education. This is accomplished through various ways, which include developing contacts and relationships with prospective students and applicants by phone, email, letter and visit, traveling on the Christian College and University Fair, visiting Christian schools and other Christian events, advertising, involvement with the annual youth retreat, and the development of creative new ideas in the area of recruitment.

Music Director
We invite applications for the Music Director position. This person is responsible to supervise, coordinate and develop the music, drama, and audio/visual program of NBI. This includes some classroom instruction, chapels, cantata, private lessons, ministry teams, special events, and equipment. Formal music training will be prerequisite with experience in several areas of music and the performing arts.

We invite applications for the position of Dean of Students. Primary responsibility is leading the Student Development team of the college. Related roles include serving as the Dean of Men, Student Council Advisor, and Yearbook Advisor. The position is combined with a faculty position and other roles based upon one’s gifting, experience and training. The applicant will ideally have a Masters level education, some counseling qualification, and administrative skills.
