Transcript Request
The cost for each copy of a transcript is $10.
Alumni can request their transcripts by:
submitting the transcript request form below, and paying by Credit Card (on this form) or cheque (mail it in)
mailing a written request, along with a cheque, to the registrar
NOTE: Transcripts will only be sent out for students whose NBC accounts are paid.
Address Change Form
To notify NBC of your change of address, or to put your name on our mailing list for the tri-annual “Rivers of Living Water” newsletter, simply complete and submit this address change form.
Prayer Requests
If you would like prayer for a specific need in your life, or if you want to praise God for Who He is or for what He has done, this form is for you. Please indicate whether you want your prayer or praise item to appear on the “Praise ‘n’ Prayer” page (alumni only) or if you are simply asking that we remember you in prayer during our daily staff prayer meeting.
