Enrollment Director

Duties include coordinating and overseeing all recruitment efforts, keeping in contact with prospective students, and representing the college in various contexts. This position involves regular travel to recruitment events throughout the year. Requires strong interpersonal skills and an ability to relate well to all ages, especially high school students. Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Dean of Women

This role is a strategic part of the Student Life Department and as such focuses on the spiritual, personal care and development of students. The Dean of Women assists in accomplishing this by promoting a safe, respectful and nurturing environment, working closely with student life personnel, specifically the Women’s Residence Director and Residence Assistants, and making herself available for counseling with students.

Dean of Men - This is a new position for the college as it replaces and extends the position of the Residence Director.
